Reeses Stuffed Chocolate Cookies

Recipe for Reeses Stuffed Chocolate Cookies 1/2 cup butter softened to room temperature 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 egg at room temperature 1 tsp vanilia extract 1 cup all purpose flour 2/3 cup cacao powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/8 salt 2 Tbsp milk 16 Reeses peanut butter cup miniatures Cream together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla mix until smooth. Fold in flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt until fully incorporated. Add milk and mix until smooth. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. On a baking sheet covered in parchment paper roll the dough into 2 Tbsp balls, stuff each ball with a Reeses miniature making sure there are no holes for the chocolate to escape. Bake for 12-13 minutes at 350°F. Remove from the oven and serve while the cookies are still warm. Enjoy!
