Celebration Cake Cookies

Recipe for Celebration Cake Cookies Makes 5 Giant Cookies 3/4 butter softened to room temperature 1/2 granulated sugar 1/2 brown sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1 1/4 cups flour 1 1/4 cups white cake mix 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until smooth. Add egg and vanilla and mix to combine. Fold in flour, cake mix, baking soda, and salt. Scoop 1/4 cup of dough on to a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Roll dough into balls. bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350°F 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened to room temperature 1/2 butter softened to room temperature 2 cups powdered sugar 2 tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp sprinkles Cream butter and cream cheese together, add sugar, milk, and vanilla, mix until smooth. Pour the icing into a piping bag and frost the cookies. Decorate the frosted cookies with rainbow sprinkles.
